Deputy PM Highlights Global Interest in Security Cooperation
London: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has said that several countries have expressed interest in entering defense agreements with Pakistan.

Speaking outside the Pakistan High Commission in London, Dar stated that Pakistan has already demonstrated its defensive strength and that it is now time to focus on becoming an economic power.

He highlighted that the recent defense agreement with Saudi Arabia benefits both nations and has not raised concerns for any other country. According to him, multiple states are willing to explore similar partnerships with Pakistan.

It is worth noting that on September 17, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia signed a defense pact in Riyadh, under which an attack on either country would be considered an attack on both.
